I also take 600 mg NAC (N-Acetyl Cystain) every 6th hour. Those aforementioned substances are extremely powerful and crucial for any Covid like conditions especially when your lungs starts to get inflamed. I am not joking !

Then of course I always take the normal protocol of 8.000 IU Vitamin-D, additionally also Q10, and Omega 3. In the evening before sleep - Zinc + Quercetin, Magnesiumcitrit, Vitamin-B complex.

During the day, I spray/inhale 0.5% to 1% solution of clean (non stabilized, without additives) H2O2 into my nose and throat 4x times a day.

In case of severe illness, flu and other serious conditions - you most likely want to use Liposomal Vitamin-C, as it will go directly into your blood stream reaching much higher levels in your body, compared to the normal route via the intestines, in which the body transforms the Vitamin-C but it takes both time, and only a fraction of it will be taken up via intestines. But the route is good, for normal daily life maintenance.


Vitamin-C to be taken every 3 hours

Remember that normal daily Vitamin-C needs to be taken every 3 hours. Not just "a pill once a day" - that will do nothing and most of it you pee out. That is how the body works; it only slowly takes up Vitamin-C / Ascorbic Acid through the intestines - the rest is peed out. (For sensitive people; Ascorbate is the more ph neutral version of Vitamin-C / Ascorbic acid).

You get higher levels of Vitamin-C in your body, by taking it every 3 hours.

but remember, that we are used to Vitamin-C in higher doses. If you start too strong - you get a C-Flush. That means you get an explosive diarrhea (which is not dangerous, just inconvenient). When you get loose stool, then you take less Vitamin-C, it is that simple.

Our 2 liter container in the fridge, contains 13-14 gram pure Ascorbic Acid/Vitamin C, plus a half lemon or lime (lemon makes the body take up Vitamin-C because they contain Flavonoids) + 3 gram bicarbonate, to make the sourness a little bit less sharp.

But for most people in daily life without being ill, you do not need more than 2 gram Vitamin-C per day, really.

Dependent on how much Vitamin-C you tolerate, we put 14 gram in a bottle, and just a tiny amount of water. Then I add 3 gram Bicarbonate to it - shake it - and let it fizzle out. Then I add the whole 2 liter of water - plus a half lemon or lime. Done.

The reason you first add Vitamin-C + Bicarbonate is, that part of the Vitamin-C changes into L-Ascorbate, a more ph neutral version of Vitamin-C. (Some people are more sensitive to the acidity and wish to reduce it) But we gauge it in such a way, that not all the sourness aka freshness in taste disappears. Especially in summer, there is nothing like a nice lemon feeling to the water you drink. It is divine.

If you neutralize it completely by adding too much bicarbonate, the whole thing it just tastes bläärk.


Example: 1 Liter Water with 2 gram Vitamin-C

A good relationship to make the sourness less sour, is to use 3 parts of Vitamin-C + 1 part of Bicarbonate (the latter should be aluminum free !)

So, if you let's say want 1 liter with 2 gram vitamin-C in it, I would only use 700 mg bicarbonate + a half lemon. Then drink it over the course of a day now and then.

Tips 0: I have noticed that if I fill the bottle with water, then add vitamin-C + bicarbonate - it taste kind of weird due to the bicarbonate. This is, because you FIRST need to let the Vitamin-C react with the Bicarbonate ("Fizzle out") with help of a tiny amount of water and wait a minute. THEN you fill the bottle completely with water.

Tip 1: Do not buy the bubbly Vitamin pills from the grocery store. They contain bulk fillers of the kind you do not want into your body. They are neither good nor healthy. Over time they can give you kidney stones if used for too long. Use pure Ascorbic Acid. It is very affordable. We buy it in kilos, usually around 25 € per kilo.

Tip 2: Do not think that sweet soft drinks and fruit juices with "vitamin-C" are good. They are not, because of the huge amounts of sugar you get into your system. Vitamin-C and sugar compete with each other plus that the sheer amount of sugar are in the end just making you fat and pre-diabetic over times. Do not fall for the advertising in fruit juices with healthy Vitamin-C. They do the opposite to your health.

Tip 3: When we get ill, food never provides enough Vitamin-C / Ascorbic Acid for our bodies. THe body uses all of the sudden huge amounts of Vitamin-C when you encounter an illness - so it is quickly emptied. You need at least 10x more Vitamin-C when ill. Animals make their own Vitamin-C. Goats when stressed make a whopping 100 gram of Vitamin-C a day ! Why ? To counteract inflammations which appear due to stress and illness. In that regard Vitamin-C / ascorbic acid - it is the most powerful substance of all.


But a word of caution

("Liposomal" and Liposomal, cheating companies): there is some cheating going on with Liposomal Vitamin-C - where some companies offer for very high prices "liposomal" Vitamin-C, but in reality you get more like an emulsion of it. The latter is nothing else than dirt cheap Vitamin-C sold for 50 times the price of it's worth. (D, Eng)


LipoLab is a German company which is the real deal. However, while you can order it within Germany for a rather good price without shipping costs - it all changes for countries outside of Germany, where you have to order at least 3x 500 ml bottles, plus shipping; and that costs 180 Euro.

But they are making real, true liposomal Vitamin-C - in fact even natural Vitamin-C is offered from Acerola (Cherry), which is a bit more expensive.

natural or "artificial" ?

My own opinion is that the extensive studies on Vitamin-C, it has shown making no difference between "artificial" and "natural" Vitamin-C. Go and search for... I call her the Queen of Vitamin-C; Dr Suzanne Humphries. Listen and learn - she is indeed brilliant. I remember she is one of the first medical people I have ever listened to when I started to look behind the walls of deceptions in how the world is built - but isn't what we have been told. In another video she spoke about Vitamin-C, that it in real life especially in the case of Vitamin-C, did not make any difference whether it was synthetic or natural Vitamin-C; both were effective. I say this, because many companies are trying to crank out "natural" Vitamin-C, making the customer believe that that is extra good. But clinical findings revolving Vitamin-C's origin, do not show any differences.
