Here you see that it took only 2 hours until the unstable airmass started to create fluffy clouds, which where the messengers for what is about to come; thunderstorm development. Altocumulus floccus (Ac flo) is one of those messengers. Other times its Altocumulus castellanus (Ac cas), longer streaks with tiny vertical towers on top.
I find it very fascinating to watch clouds and they messages of the weather that is about to develop. Well, the sea people knew this thousands of years already... that you can tell from observing clouds, how the weather likely will turn out in a couple of hours or within a half day.
Real Observation is quite often better than modeled predictions, in my opinion. (In truth, i personally like a combination of both. Let the more truthful win; Expose things to critic, in order to see, what holds water, and what not.)

If we would have understood - we would turn around and stop doing what we support to do.

I harbors your original intestinal biome, including important bacterias you need to function in a balance way in your intestines - as bacterias also affect the brain via the Vagus nerve. The psyche is often effected by those signals, making us eat wrong, feel wrong etc.
the healthy balanced intestinal biome is often killed by antibiotic - which can result into that the wrong opportunistic bacterias start to dominate in the gut. Due to the small appendix, your intestines can get back the correct bacterial biome or "good bacterias" in your gut.
