It was still raining lightly at 00.30 - but then the cold front's (cloud) backside had passed at around 01.00; the sky cleared up in what felt like "in an instant". Now with a temperatures that is closer to autumn than summer. Around 8-9°C cooler compared to 24 hours earlier.
Revealing the many starts in the sky, including the moon in what looks like Aries, with Hamal being the brightest star in that sign. The faint stars in the sign of Pisces, branching into two lines - are visible to the right of Aries and Moon.
The image i took without any tripod, while the exposure time was a whopping 4 seconds at ISO 200 with the very bright Olympus M.Zuiko ED 17mm ƒ 1.2 Pro lens. I really felt unsettled about that long exposure time, thinking it will be shaken.
Yet, when i scrutinized the image... the stars are all sharp !
I find that just to be... wow.
