Since April-May, I have only used the A3+ Epson ET-8850 printer, as well the cheap A4 Epson ET-1810 only 2-3 times, in order to keep it clean.

The remarkable with it is, that when i now made a glossy photo print - it was 100% flawless (after 6 weeks of non-usage). I think these new Epson tank printers, are amazing in terms of not clogging.

Absolutely remarkable; not only are they using good (dye-based) inks that last pretty long time, and are extremely economical - but also don't clog up easily. Not even when you don't use them for several weeks during moderate warm summer time.

The only thing i don't like with them, are the physical marks they can make on a softer paper. That is clearly an issue. Albeit they do not appear on Epson's own paper, which i think is because those are more stiff.
