The nights
are indeed considerably chillier compared to the VERY mild nights previously. I mean many times, when I went to work around 22.30 - we had temperatures around 17°C.
Now it is more like 7°C at the same time. Also the Maximum temperature are now lower - in fact slightly lower than normal with 12.7°C here in Snösätra, in the southern suburbs of Stockholm.

Still a nice outlook
The weather outlook looks very friendly, and warmer than today - with a strong high pressure area parking over Sweden for some time. It cuts off all cold air from the north, while mild air will be transported even to the extreme north of Scandinavia. So, think 17°C during daytime, and 8-10°C during night time. (I suspect that the outer suburbs in Stockholm might see a lot lower temperatures).
Overall; not bad for the end of September. Which by the way will go to history as a very warm month, with temperatures in average around 3-4°C above normal.
Beginning of October
There are vague indications that October might start significantly colder. Nevertheless, I don't trust the American GFS model (or any other), because it is still too far ahead of time - and those computer models are notoriously unreliable.
