Well, it will reach the capital of Portugal in a vastly weakened state: as an extra-tropical low pressure area. Still, it might at best produce some really strong wind gusts, a couple days of cloudy weather - some rain - but i don't expect it to be more then that. Around 28th Sep 2025 it reaches Portugal.

Below you can see the early afternoon temperatures across Europe, being in the warm Autumn side, albeit lower than normal over middle Europe, because there, the large (flat) low pressure area still resides with all its clouds still circling there - being barred, due to the blockage of a high pressure area over Scandinavia.

"Landfall" over Lisbon

In the night of 27th to 28th September 2025, the former hurricane, will now just be a weak low pressure area, giving Portugal some gusty winds and some rain, while dissolving on its slow way towards Morocco 2 days later.
