Light & Bright

As time has walked along, the watch shows 10.30 - the light is bright, white and very friendly. A really lovely autumn day, at the same time still being on the mild side. It is one of those mornings, when the heart radiates, shines and enjoys what is given by nature. While at the same time still being off work.

Speaking of work... (subway / metro Stockholm)

15 years later • "Connecting Stockholm"

we are transitioning to a new company who will drive the subway from 2 November 2025. Instead of Chinese MTR, it will be called "Connecting Stockholm".

It has two global investment entities behind its back. One is British. One of them seems to have a highly corrupted past... (Veolia who was once responsible for the Stockholm Subway wasn't any different back in the days... given their history around the world with corruption scandals... just saying).

You realize scandals when you research a bit deeper who owns what and when, and how. Together with the scandals that came to light. Seems to be more normal than not. Albeit I hate the words "being normal". It is anything but. Yet, it is a common practice. Kind of like a separate world. Like politician puppets, so is the world of cooperation - doing their thing - say publicly something different, while meaning something entirely else. The real dealings are mostly happening behind smoke screens and closed doors.

It is like a DNA behind which most actors jerk of each other.

"Cui Bono" and "Follow the money".

The DNA of todays finance and company conglomerates are often humanly hostile tilted these days. While at the same time, they put a lot of resources via agencies to shine in an opposite, very friendly light. It is all BULL. Their focus is excessive; on power and money via greed and shady procedures. The type of "global" raw greed that seems to have poisoned most of them.

Therefore, I don't expect anything. The days of "wishful thinking" is over.

Make the math. "Cui Bono" and "Follow the money".

There you get often better answers closer to the truth compared to the make-up of official statements and glossy words.

Do i sound pessimistic ?

Well, I am a knowledgeable optimist. Which means I am not shutting my eyes from research and asking critical questions, and realizing that reality is very different from the glossy speeches of companies (authorities, politicians, NGO's and companies). It's all in the same dualistic ballpark. And they are not tilted towards help to others (STO). They are tilted towards serving themselves (STS)

As with age and knowledge - I am not putting effort into "wishful thinking" - because it is a waste of time, effort and energy. To blind oneself from reality. As well the realities that dwell behind the "visual reality we see with your bare eyes". It is like layers of an onion. Peel them away, and you will find quite different realities behind the outer facade.

The Human touches

That things in companies still have human touches - is NOT because of the company .It is because of the PEOPLE who are still PEOPLE. Made up of real human beings. Where greed isn't always the leading star in their lives. It is thanks to normal people, we still have something resembling human conditions within companies. Not because of the companies policies and treatments. They are often - in truth, aimed at the opposite of what they are stating publicly and internally.

So, life on the ground is often composed via the "friendly moments in between", from and with real people still making a company somewhat humane.

Then you have of course the assholes, too. Some are in higher positions, middle position etc - poisoning the life of employed people. Those with excessive egos, inner weird urges getting being projected and taking out on more ordinary people who do their job and have a heart.

Making life sour sometimes.

While the corridors of warmth, tolerance and real communications are closing in on decent people, I am afraid... It is like a spreading Vetiko mind-virus, corrupting the minds of people bit by bit.

I enjoy working at night

because I got my back off from all those egos who are constantly buzzing and fuzzing. During night time I concentrate on my job, and enjoy incredibly much being together with my other colleagues on the ground, at the subway as well in the train depots. Especially at Högdalen. The whole gang at Högdalen is and has always being very friendly, open and helpful.

They are such great people there !

I truly love to work with such people.
