So yeah...

it likely is a good idea for me, to up my Vitamin-C levels further - which i now for the first time will with liposomal Vitamin-C instead (in order to get it faster into the blood stream). Because my infection, seem to put extra strain on top of what is going on with my aching upper arm / shoulder. Plus that it has been present for month now... which is a sign that something is off.

I also have to schedule an appointment at a dentist (perhaps I use Sal's dentist ?). The original idea was to do it in Jan 2027, if we both go to Sicily... But it seems to me that i need to get it out earlier. Plus i don't know if Sal perhaps travels to New Zealand for his 60th birthday.

In any case, the tooth needs to get out before. It has always collected food stuff in the corner after i had a previous tooth removed (the one with the crown that got loose in 2012). After that, food suddenly always went to a specific corner (the current bad tooth), which over the years probably created most likely a hole going deep (but is hidden fro sight).

My theory is, that it possibly found a way into the flesh over time crating a "channel" which started to affect the nerves along my left arm (at first). So; same thing like back in 2012, just not as bad-bad.

Why it has moved to the right side now - I have no clue really. There is no bad tooth on that side. The bad tooth there is gone since 2016. And boy that was some true drama, as my face, mouth and neck were swelling... So, i had to go to the dentist, first time after 30 years. I... sort of didn't like to go to a dentist... and developed a deep dislike / fear over the decades.

I remember that bad tooth had the same effect 2012 on my left arm - which got partially paralyzed: before the wiggly crown and gold inlay finally came off the tooth, exposing a totally rotten inside, without i ever fully realized the damage. No wonder my arm was impacted. I FELT it how it "went down" into my arm - but didn't understand the connection between tooth-nerves-arm back then.

Anyway... it is time to go to the dentist.

Suddenly dark-ish

It is getting pretty dark outside - with showers emerging from the NW it seems. And boy - the winds are really gusty today !!

Did i say windy ?

Wow - it just felt as if a 17+ m/sec storm gust hitting my balcony. Only 1 minute (1) before that strong gust, i put down Sal's freshly planted flowers. Wow, talk about minimum margins.

If I hadn't, they would probably been thrown around.

Down to +9°C.

The temperature is dropping like a stone, from a max of 16.5°C. to a mere 9.0°C. That's even slightly colder than Kiruna in the extrem north reporting +10°C.

It seems like a repetition of yesterday's weather

There are even local thunderstorm cells visible over Uppsala and a tiny place called Film. The one over Uppsala might perhaps roll over my area in 40-60 min... Oh, And the sun is shining again.

Like April weather.
