I have to applogize for my Diary.
I wrote/write a lot, because I am sick at home. Frankly, sometimes I don't know what to do with my sudden time at home (Which isn't all a bad thing, because the slower pace is actually healing. Yet sometimes, I find myself in moments like "Now what ?!"
I am not exacly like jumping around here. Writing into my diary here, dealing with photos - is a good way to keep myself busy. Not for the sake of being busy, but because I like it. But the content sometimes grows a bit... uhm... thin.
A bit thin & stretched.
Loving to listen
I have to confess that listening another time to Dr Suzanne Humphries video ßabout Vitamin-C, was simply spell binding. Albeit i have watched it two times in the past 10 years.
The sheer amount of knowledge that she had unwrapped in Stockholm about Vitamin-C back in 2014... is just mind boggling. It was inspiring the first time i listened to her - and it is still inspiring to listen today many years later.
It feels inspiring and healthy to know these things. That Vit-C could be that powerful who would have thought. In daily life, Vitamin-C is so underrated and poorly understood by people - due to endless advertising and sloagans in products, so that you buy a lot of processed and "thin" stuff, often combined with not so healthy stuff which the product is mainly filled of. And sugar. Plenty of sugar. Can't have people who are healthy, now can we ?
My ass ads.
Many drinks for example sell their poor yet expensive water bottle contents - with sloagans of vitamins and minerals and flowery, juicy images of fruits and stuff. The plastic bottle is likely more expensive than the thin content inside the bottle.
Things get thinner and tinner, while the ads get bolder accordingly. And the prices up by not so little.
Bullshit sells better with bold colors and hip (low IQ) words.
15:45 - Bam. DARK. Rain again.
With gusty winds, showery rain... but i haven't hear any thunder yet. It is really like April weather. More April now in the end of May, than it was in April *LOL*
The temperature had risen again after the last shower - to 13°C - only fall back anew to just 8.4°C. That is so cold, that you only find colder places in the mountains along Sweden bordering Norway.
Fascinating. |
