It OPENS up the blood-brain barrier, making that boundary which is supposed to protect the brain, become more fragile/transparent
You develop anti-bodies against Polysorbate 80 - which increases the risk for anaphylactic chock (the more often you have been in contact with Polysorbate 80 - the more anti-bodies you produce, the higher the risk for chock when you next time get in touch with it again).
Also; in aged people, Polysorbate 80 accelerates rapid cognitive decline.

It isn't always I think of that - but when it comes to Polysorbate 80 - i decided that this is one of the worst substances you can get into your body - though the many food products in our shelves where it is snuck in.
