This type of photography of people in a distance - reminds me quite a bit of doing the same with the Olympus EM1X and OM-1 cameras combined with the M.Zuiko ED 300/4 IS PRO [600mm]. It too brings people very close into the images, even if they are pretty far away.

While details are razor sharp, even if the noise-level is somewhat higher, due to the small sensor. But after cleaning that in Photoshop AI, it settles down significantly - making everything look even sharper & cleaner. Using a "small" Micro MicroFourThirds sensor, is absolutely no limitation compared to fullframe or mediumformat sensors. With today's tool, they all turn out wonderful in the final appereance, if you have used the best performing lenses.

The Fujifilm GFX 100s II + Fujinon 500/5.6 OIS gives me a similar feeling like Olympus OM-1 & 300/4 IS PRO lens. Both combos work at highest optical level - very rewarding when you come home and start working at the computer.

People. A love story

I like this type of photography. I like when people are natural and not bothered. When people don't radiate a feeling of "somebody is stealing somethin from you".

They remain themselves the way they are.

I love that ! And have no bad intentions when i photograpf other people. On the contrary. It is a little bit of a love story - because people are interesting. Images of people are long lasting (especially the good ones).
