I forgot to mention

about Stockholm Pride 2026 is, that with a 500 mm lens, you can't really trace people that pass by - due to the massive crowded sideways. The lens is too long for this kind of event. So, right from the beginning my goal was to focus mostly on bystanders (in the hope that there is space enough for me to do such portraits). Which there was at times.

So, that worked well.

But not for portraits of Pride people themselves passing by; those standing or parading in front of the sidewalk crowds - a much less long lens is required. Something like 200 mm - is actually a very good focal length for taking images of people in a parade, while you stand directly at the sidewalk in front of them passing by. You see how crowded it was at the sidewalk at Gamla Stand (O ld Town Stockholm).

No chance for a 400-500 mm lens to work.

I knew that of course, and therefore focused on people that where standing a bit further away (as well quite a lot far away).

I made a bobo (previous page, vertical photos)

The images taken at Pride in vertical format on my previous page 299 - all claim to be taken with the older "Fujifilm GFX 50s II" camera. No, it was the GFX 100s II, of course.

I only used the latter for all Stockholm Pride 2026 Images.
