Hard to believe that in several months, we are in the middle of frost, cold temperatures and even snow at times. Plus the very short daylight... and what seems like an endless stretch until it gets brighter again... All this of course starts to kick in when they take away summertime, on the last Sunday in October.

Then you can really feel how early the sun goes down in Stockholm... and from there, it walks more or less slowly into the darkest time of the year.

WoopieFuck'nDoo

Not.

Of course winter time can have its charm

I love for example when fresh snow covers suddenly the whole landscape. It is like somebody switched scene - and you walk through the snow at night, often all alone - and everything feels like a fairytale. This often triggers me to do photography at night.

Frost can also be enchanting, as it coats absolutely everything with bluish needles - inviting you to do some more photography. Or the fog banks partially covering the scene.

So, no. I mean yes, there are plenty of beautiful scenes to be seen even during the dark winter times. It is just sometimes it feels so endlessly tedious. Especially during the weeks when not a single sunshine minute appears - it starts to feel extra heavy.

20.000 IU Vitamin D3+K2 daily

Albeit, with high doses of Vitamin D3+K2 [20.000 IU daily] - you do get around the dark winter time a lot better, I can assure you ! Add even better Magnesium to your intake. But not Magnesium stearate (Avoid this at all costs, often used as fillers in other pills, together with Silicon oxide). Avoid also Magnesium oxide !

Magnesium glycinate

Better with Magnesium citrate (15%), or even best with Magnesium glycinate (which the body can take up to 80% being perhaps one of the best forms of Magnesium).

I myself and Sal, use citrate, because we get it pure without fillers in powder form from Germany; 1/2 kilo (!) for 22 Euro. (https://www.tri-mag.eu) Way more affordable than pills. I mean the little substance that is in pills, and you already pay for the bottle as much as the powder with 1/2 kilo !

When it comes to Magnesium oxide, the body can only take up 2-3%, and is pretty much useless. Avoid it !

Goy Principles • Mafia methods

They used to put that form primarily into supplements pills 8-25 years ago. What a waste - the industry loves that. Give shit, pay a lot. It is the Goy principle they pour upon humanity. Suck out everything you can. Eat shit.

People then started to investigate more often and deeper which forms of Magnesium actually help the body - and which forms the body barely can take up. Mg oxide definitely doesn't help to aid your lack of Magnesium - which by today's standards, almost everyone lacks.

Magnesium is highly important

Yet, it is an extremely important substance - as it is responsible for more than 300 enzymatic processes in the body. It also is responsible for the creation of Mitochondria, your power plants in cells - from which you get your power; to be, to move, to be inspired, to feel invigorated.

But there is almost no Magnesium in our waters anymore. Plus that our carb rich diet, sugar and carbs (the latter turns into sugar!) - makes Magnesium disappear extra fast. So, the cells are starving of Magnesium, and don't get enough via water and food.

Go figure. It is also essential for the heart and counteracting stress / high levels of stress hormones !

Stockholm's water

which uses water from surface lakes (Mälaren) contains 5 mg Magnesium per liter. You need at least 400 mg, often even more. Per day.
