About Gimbal photography / Videography / Filmmaking.
First out, a very simple and well done guide to the DJI OSMO MOBILE 8P Gimbal - really for someone who knows absolutely nothing. The guy in the video isn't assuming that people know things already by default. So he explains slowly and decisively how to.... A great video for people who don't know how to start, even with the simpliest task (with the device itself).
We all start somewhere from nowhere.
No shame in that.

THIS ONE BELOW REALLY HITS HOME.
Great video of common mistakes people do when doing video clips. I thought this was truly wonderful, trying to avoid perhaps the worst mistakes. And how little it sometimes takes, to change a boring footage into a far more interesting one.
I love it !

Mobile Filmmaking Tips For Beginners
A bit more advanced, because i realize that with this type of footage, you have to engage a LOT more than just "video-ing" things staight out of the mobile phone camera.
I personally also have another chapter, i barely thought of... the things to learn revolving video applications; taking care of video footages, clips, transitions, music etc. (Which i have no knowledge about at all).
So, there is that.
Nevertheless, the guy really gives really wonderful tips how to make footages far more interesting. The way how to make transitions,i thought was really coo - and i am sure helps many people to make more interesting videos with help of nifty transitions.
I would say...
that adding more personal movie clips at my homepage (from time to time) would give my PhotoDiary richer content. Content that isn't solely based on what i write / how i write *gulp* - but additionally gives it a third sphere. An additional more personal touch, you know.
1) photography
2) written text
3) video clips
However... now i have to learn how to manage the many settings in that Osmo 8P video gizmo. And what about video software...?! Oh my gaaad, what have i put myself into ?!
*LOL*
I will likely start with an amateur video app, such as Apple's iMovie - and then go from there. I also think that in order not to get overwhelmed by this weird idea of doing video clips... i just start very, VERY simple. I suspect that there isn't any talent in me when it comes to video / film making.
