The fever attacks

I've gotten lately, appear to be connected to an ear inflammation in my left ear. (the right is totally fine)

It started already 1 week ago - but I am solely to blame for it this time. It is NOT fungus - which had earlier unknowingly affected me for 2 years with severe ear problems, leaking all the time, and in periods got inflamed to that i sometimes barely could hear...

It was huge amounts of fungus stuck to our washing machine - contaminating all our clothes - wondering why they smelled so weird, even after a fresh wash - they still got that fungus smell. As if living in southern Italy, you know.

Then - i found the source FINALLY - and eliminated all if it - and with that - i had no more ear problems ever since.

 

Until i poked into my ear

the other week, as it felt a bit "thick" - and i thought to clear it up. But accomplished the opposite instead; leaky ears and a following inflammation. And that must have triggered these sudden fever attacks, too.

From the earlier years of fungus related ear infections, I have learned that the less you poke, the better. The more I did various "treatments", the worse it got. I can recommend gently, to use medical garlic oil, or true olive oil, by simply giving it a light coating inside. And doing so every day, seem to make things better.

We've got true home made olive oil from Sicily, which Sal's sister Gabi made from her olives. I put it into the fridge - and believe it or not - it solidified entirely. talking about REAL OLIVE OIL !!!

 

"Olive oil"... from the stores. Is it even real ?!

I can't remember commercial olive oil from the store, ever getting that thick in the fridge. So, then what are those ? apparently olive oil is one of the 10 most cheated products (as is honey) you buy in the store. So, they probably use a lot of inflammatory vegetable oils - which are literally poisonous for the body , due to that the highly instable (oxidizing) fat molecules from vegetable oils get embedded into humans cells, where they induce inflammation up to 2 years.

 

What you should avoid at all costs.

And they tell us, that vegetable oil is healthy. BULLSHIT ! Canola, sunflower seed oil, and similar (margarine etc)- should be avoided at all costs. Those are the type of oils, that exaggerate by a lot, all the ill conditions you already have in your body (including those you do not yet know about, but are in progress).

 

Fat to use instead

Cocos, True olive oil, lard, animal fat, butter. Those are the STABLE fats, which are excellent for the body. But i see a strong problem with commercial olive oil, due to that they often are not much olive oil based, but instead of cheap, highly unhealthy, vegetable oil.

Funny, how "medicine" and "heath" is taught today. All that is good for us, is called bad. And all that which is Green, Eco, and very healthy - often shows to be the opposite.

There was a saying when i was young:

Vegetable oils are made for lubing machines.
- animal fat is made for human consumption.

They were right.

It maybe is no wonder, why WEF (World Economic Forum) and all the many other bullshitters conglomerates, wants us to go vegetable, green and Eco, insects and artificial "meat" (cancer cell grown lab meat) etc - because you neither get nutrition really, nor micro nutrients from non-soil grown vegetables, and many lacking elements the body truly need. You don't find much of that in those highly processed soy and other replacement products. Those are ULTRA PROCESSED.

Excellent for the dying, it seems. Make them sick, make them die, make them go to hell.

 

There isn't any love behind the Green Mask / Agenda 2030

People would get sick and unstable (beginning in the psyche, as the brain lacks many important minerals/vitamins) which shows after a couple years, around five years or so, becoming increasingly unstable, erratic and irritated. Things start to show up in many ways, often diffuse at first, without you really relate to the lack of vital nutrition; vitamins, micro nutrients / elements, as well right type of fats which do not exaggerate inflammatory processes in the body.

We often don't think about such things, really. And then there are those who think far too much about it all the time - and that too becomes an obsession.

Neither of it any good.

Yeah, I fell for the "fat is bad" hype, too. Until I didn't anymore. Since then, I only use butter. A PLENTY ! I remember my grandmother, only let butter and lard into her kitchen.

She was right.
