It will not be one of those large covering solar eclipses like we had back in 2003 with almost 90% - but at least 32% will be covered, starting at 11.40 and culminating around 12.31 over the city of Stockholm.

The question is, if the weather will be holding up ? SMHI predicts overcast weather might be pulling in during noon... meh !!! But that doesn't mean it will like that 100%. Perhaps there will be good glimpses. Or thin clouds ?

another strong solar eclipse with an occultation somewhere around 85%, happened during almost totally overcast weather. Well, it was overcast with dense high clouds (Cs) with denser Altocumulus - therefore it was barely visible. Shining though fainly... very blurry !

I think this was actually the last solar eclipse i have been observing over Stockholm. Which means, its been exactly 10 years ago.
