The shallow cyclone over middle Sweden, affect of course our lands with much cooler weather, overcast skies and rain which mainly fell along a bow line north of Stockholm (between 10 and 40 mm rain). While here in the southern suburbs of Stockholm, not much rain came down.

Unusual warm periods

The unusual warm periods with two peaks (2-3 April + 12-16 April) with highest temperatures up to 22.2°C has now vanished, since the arrival of a low pressure area parking its butt over Middle Sweden and Finland.

Very early arrival of Summer 2024

This happened already last year, at a record early time: 6 April 2024 (but i don't know which place that was) I even seem to have forgotten last April's peak temperatures (18.7°C in Stockholm) on 9 April 2024.

Early arrival of Summer 2025

Anyway; While this year on 17 April, which too is unusual early. At a place called Skövde in the south on 17 April, Hörby 18 April, and Mariestad on 19 April 2025.

Possibly even Stockholm (17 April) and Uppsala (15 April), but the data isn't definite or clear yet (from what I can see, I mean). I assume we were right at the threshold of 10°C for 5 days in a row in Stockholm and Uppsala, and a place called Prästkulla in Middle South Sweden.

Average arrival of summer in Stockholm

For 1991-2020, the averages entry lies around 10-15 May in Stockholm. While for the period of 1961-1990 it was between 20-25 May.

The 80s weren't exactly warm

Exception; the month i arrived in Stockholm for the first time in my life, was on 17 April 1984. That month as well May 1984 marked an rather early as well warm spring.

I remember that well.

However, there was still plenty of snow left on the ground in Southern North Sweden around 19-20 April 1984 (Hudiksvall, Harmånger, Hårte). Because Olle my boyfriend dragged me, only 48 hours after my arrival from Berlin, to a place 400 km north of Stockholm, "in the middle of nowhere" - chopping trees all day.

Busy to such a degree that there was no time for togetherness really. *rolling my eyes* Not exactly what I had in mind, exhausted in the evening.

I thought of something more cozy, you know.

I have have basically no photos from the time of 1984-86, other than a few slides (Kodak 800-1600) i scanned a long time ago. It shows the place Hårte during a similar period but 1 year later; on 30 April 1985 at Valpurgis Eve. Albeit it was a colder in April 1985, compared to April 1984

Cold Mid 80s

When i moved to Stockholm as a teenager in the mid 80s, i felt that summer up here was a relative chilly experience at the fringe periods before and after summer. What perhaps startled me the most, was early August always felt like true autumn. In Berlin, you would think of high season summer. You know, like 28-35°C sometimes. Autumn being still far away...

But in Stockholm - it felt windy, kind of raw already in the first week of August (sometimes already in the end of July), with temperatures barely reaching to 20°C, if at all. Often just 12-16°C during daytime. And September... even more *BRRRR!!*

Very typical 80s.

It then started to change in the 90s, with summer high seasons summer extending further into August, and still being warm-ish after. While also September started to feel more "normal", or at least nicer temperature-wise. Nowadays, August as well September can be very pleasant with still many days of 20°C. It is in October when autumn comes along with typical clear signs of being autumn.

The issue with today

It feels - to be honest - far more natural now, than it did in the 80s. But that's my personal feeling and opinion. Which in science really shouldn't matter; e.g. opinions. Other than listening to various aspects, thoughts and reflections. But should ultimately not be the decisive factor. It is just such a pity, that in today's and since a couple decades - science isn't what it seems to be, as it seems to be often falsified (altered for political and economical reasons) more often than not.

We see that when NOAA for example took away many land based station, in favor of city based stations. Which of course will drive up the appearance of warming, as cities grow and fixed station then become warmer over time. Some station measure temperature near black asphalt at airports.

ICCP as an example -
the Climate Change propaganda outlet

Agenda driven "scientism" - which certainly has nothing to do with science. ICCP isn't science either, because it is an political entity with hundreds of bureaucrats sitting, writing "translations" of what the scientists have found and pointed out. It is then a cut and paste in the bits and pieces, that fit certain agendas (Global warming, CO2 = bad) and changes the original contents so it suits the political agenda, where the ICCP is the TOOL. Ultimately, the "conclusions" are propaganda, twisting the content of science into something that suits the agendas.

Don't fret. I too would love if our authorities would be more honest. But that is just not the case. Unfortunately. It is simply wishful thinking - and has nothing to do with reality.

ICCP has nothing to do with science. That is the the part that people don't realize. We think it is a climate entity with lots of scientists who are there to do serious science, for the good of humanity.

It is not.

It is a bureaucratic, political apparatus.

A TOOL to maneuver political power and with it, the general populations into certain directions ! To accept anything what you normally never would accept. So, you have to wrap it into clothes and colors. (The emperors new clothes, comes to mind) It is like a sophisticated way to pull out and away your wealth, income and freedoms away from you.

The criminals laugh all the way their asses off, about the stupidity of human kind, believing everything they say. Sell the goy shit, and make it look like it is gold.

We out to know better.

WHO as another example

It is like we often think as WHO being an entitled, governmental entity with rights, rules and power. Officially we are to believed that the WHO is busy with concerns regarding health for the best interests of humanity.

It is not!

It is a PRIVATE organization, a TOOL, pretending to be a supra-national health entity, which it is not strictly legally spoken. It is one of the primary lobby- and sales entities and outlet for the Pharmaceutical industry (etc) to crank their bad stuff onto people via connected Governments - and by that it masks bad science, criminal activities as well murder via experiments made on humans. What you get to hear, is wrapped into, and spoken though flowers. Kind of like a seller sells you snake poison, makes it look good - so you believe it is good for you. Or "for the better / greater good".

That's how it works.
