| Here, I write a little bit more about the current sunshine hours from the past months in 2025, compared to the same periods in the years of 2020, 2023, 2024.
2025
So, this is how it looks like this year in 2025, starting in October 2025 until now, 11th of December 2025. You see a period of sunny days in October - followed by weaker periods. In mid November we got some sunshine - but since then it has been scarce with sunshine. How does this year compare to previous years in Stockholm ?

2024
Now Autumn 2024 was actually sunnier than normal, which was a trend already in September - and continued all the way into December. It was one of those years, where there was pleasantly often sunshine around. Not until mid December 2024, the image changed, and the skies got gloomy, lasting over Christmas, too.

2023
That was a very dark winter. First in October, plenty of sunshine - but after around 20th Oct, it all changed into a long-lasting gloomy, dark weather. Barely any sunshine to speak of, which made the 30 day daily average plunge like a rock from the sky into water.

2020
Another example of an extremely sunshine poor winter. Here it was the worst in December and into January, with long-lasting periods of no sun what so ever. I assume it was one of the most dull winters in a long time. Several of my plants died, because of that. (since then I have shifted to more resistant plants instead).

So yeah...
You do need Vitamin D3+K2 - absolutely and that is vitally very important. Another benefit from high doses of Vitamin D3+K2 every second day is, that you don't get so depressed during these winter times with great lack of sunshine.
When I was younger, let's say 25 years ago - i often woke up during winter, with a face that was like a crater landscape. No wait. More like a planet with many long streaks on the surface, while the eyes looked wrinkly-puffy. And it took a long time to get "back in shape". Also important difference: Back then my emotions where often more on the outside, rather than on the inside.
Here Vitamin D3, as well Magnesium citrit helped a lot, ironing out the worst peaks; the low emotions - while at the same time also making me more stress tolerant. Less prone to bail out or explode (sometimes).
Magnesium is the "heart mineral". While in reality, it is responsible / part of so much more: 200+ highly important processes in the body, in which Magnesium plays crucial roll.
