A cold front has passed, but during noon we are still expected to get temperatures up to 8°C. Probably because the atmosphere gets mixed, which leads to a higher temperature. But then from the next night on, it gets significantly colder - more in line with normal temperatures. Around 0°C, with frost, and occasional snowflakes. And will likely stay at that level. Or so it looks like according to various models (one can never be sure, when it comes to computer models).

Anyway, a longer very mild period will end and a colder, more winter like period take over.
